Intermediate Hip Flexor And Quad Stretch

This is a leg stretch that uses a rope to help you. It works on the muscles in your hips and the front of your thighs. This exercise helps your upper legs move more easily.

Intermediate Hip Flexor And Quad Stretch demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up tall with your feet a little bit apart.
  2. 2Hold onto something steady so you do not fall.
  3. 3Bend your right knee to lift your foot toward your bottom, and hold the rope with your right hand.
  4. 4Gently pull the rope to bring your foot closer to your bottom until you feel a stretch in the front of your thigh.
  5. 5Stay in this position for 20 to 30 seconds.
  6. 6Let go of your leg and do the same steps on the left side.
