How to Perform

  1. 1Move the seat and handles so they fit you comfortably.
  2. 2Sit up tall and put your feet on the pedals.
  3. 3Hold the handles and bend your arms to look like the corner of a square.
  4. 4Pedal with your hands by pushing and pulling smoothly.
  5. 5Keep pedaling for as long as you want to exercise.
