Groin Crunch

The groin crunch is a bodyweight workout that helps strengthen your tummy muscles. It also works on the front of your hips and your inner thighs. To do it, you lie on your back and pull your knees up to your chest while using your tummy muscles to lift.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie down flat on your back. Bend your knees and put your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Put your hands behind your head. Keep your elbows pointing out to the sides.
  3. 3Squeeze your tummy muscles. Lift your legs off the floor and bring your knees in toward your chest.
  4. 4Hold this shape for a short moment.
  5. 5Slowly lower your legs back down until your feet are on the floor again.
  6. 6Do this as many times as you need to.
