Frog Planche

This is a hard bodyweight exercise. It works your tummy muscles, shoulders, chest, and the back of your arms. You need to be strong, have good balance, and be able to control your upper body to do it.

How to Perform

  1. 1Get into a push-up position with your hands apart and your feet together.
  2. 2Bend your elbows to lower your body, keeping your back straight.
  3. 3As you go down, lift your feet off the floor and pull your knees into your chest.
  4. 4Stay in this position for a few seconds.
  5. 5Straighten your legs back out and push yourself up to where you started.
  6. 6Do this as many times as you want.
