Frog Crunch

The frog crunch is an abdominal exercise using your own body weight. It works your stomach muscles and helps strengthen your hips. You do it by lying on your back, keeping your feet close together with knees bent, and curling your upper body upward.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and your feet resting flat on the floor.
  2. 2Put your hands behind your head and point your elbows out to the sides.
  3. 3Tighten your stomach muscles and lift your upper body forward until you are halfway up (at a 45-degree angle).
  4. 4Hold this position for a second at the top.
  5. 5Slowly lower your upper body back down to the floor.
  6. 6Do this movement as many times as you need.
