Flexion Leg Sit Up (bent Knee)

This is a bodyweight exercise for your stomach muscles. You curl your upper body up while bringing your knees to your chest at the same time. It works your abs and hip muscles.

Flexion Leg Sit Up (bent Knee) demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on your back. Bend your knees and put your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Put your hands behind your head. Keep your elbows pointing out to the sides.
  3. 3Tighten your belly muscles. Slowly lift your upper body up and forward until you are halfway up.
  4. 4At the same time, lift your legs. Bend your knees and bring them to your chest.
  5. 5Hold still for a second at the top. Then slowly lower your body and legs back to the start.
  6. 6Do this again as many times as you need.
