This is a strength exercise that works your biceps and forearms. You stand up straight and lift an EZ barbell while holding it with your hands far apart.

Ez-barbell Standing Wide Grip Biceps Curl demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet as wide as your shoulders. Hold the EZ bar with your palms facing up and your hands wider than your shoulders.
  2. 2Keep your elbows tight against your body and do not move your upper arms.
  3. 3Lift the bar up to your shoulders by squeezing your biceps.
  4. 4Stop briefly at the top, then slowly lower the bar back down.
  5. 5Do this again for the number of times you want.
