The EZ barbell incline triceps extension is a focused exercise for the back of your arms (triceps). You do it lying on a slanted bench with a special curved bar. You must use correct form to protect your shoulders and get the best results for your muscles.

Ez Barbell Incline Triceps Extension demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Adjust a bench so it is slanted up at a 45-degree angle.
  2. 2Sit back against the pad and hold the curved bar with your palms facing forward.
  3. 3Straighten your arms all the way up, but keep your elbows close to your ears.
  4. 4Bend your elbows to lower the bar behind your head, but do not move your upper arms.
  5. 5Stop for a short second, then push your arms back up to where you started.
  6. 6Do this again for as many times as you need.
