Ez Barbell Decline Close Grip Face Press

The EZ barbell decline close grip face press helps make your triceps stronger. It is done lying on a bench that tilts down, using a curved bar. This exercise also works your chest and shoulder muscles a little bit. You must move slowly and carefully to stay safe since the bar comes close to your face.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on a decline bench so your head is lower than your feet.
  2. 2Hold the curved bar with your hands close together and palms facing each other.
  3. 3Push your arms straight up over your chest while keeping your elbows tucked near your sides.
  4. 4Bend your elbows to slowly lower the bar down toward your forehead.
  5. 5Stop for a second, then push the bar back up to where you started.
  6. 6Do this as many times as your workout requires.
