Ez Bar French Press On Exercise Ball

This exercise works the muscles on the back of your arms, called the triceps. You sit on a bouncy exercise ball, which makes your tummy and shoulder muscles work hard to keep you steady. To do it, you lower a curved bar behind your head and then push it back up toward the ceiling.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the exercise ball and hold the curved bar with your palms facing forward.
  2. 2Reach your arms straight up high, keeping your elbows close to your ears.
  3. 3Bend your elbows to slowly lower the bar down behind your head.
  4. 4Stop for a short moment, then push your arms back up to the top.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
