Exercise Ball Lying Side Lat Stretch

You lie on your side on top of an exercise ball to stretch your side back muscles. It also stretches your shoulders and the back of your arms.

Exercise Ball Lying Side Lat Stretch demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on your side with your legs straight and your head resting on the ball.
  2. 2Put your top arm on the ball to help you stay steady.
  3. 3Reach that top arm over your head and let your upper body turn a little bit.
  4. 4Feel the stretch in the muscles on the side of your body.
  5. 5Stay in this position for 20 to 30 seconds, then switch to the other side.
