Dynamic Chest Stretch (male)

This bodyweight exercise helps your chest, shoulders, and the back of your arms move more easily. It uses smooth, controlled arm motions to give your chest muscles a good stretch.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up straight with your feet about as wide as your shoulders.
  2. 2Reach your arms straight out to the sides, level with the floor.
  3. 3Slowly move your arms forward and cross them in front of your body.
  4. 4Pay attention to the stretching feeling in your chest.
  5. 5Stay in this position for 10 to 30 seconds.
  6. 6Go back to the start and do it again as many times as you need.
