How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet apart and hold a weight in each hand.
  2. 2Lift your heels up high so you are standing on your toes.
  3. 3Hold still for a moment at the top.
  4. 4Slowly lower your heels back down to the ground.
  5. 5Repeat this movement to complete your set.
