Dumbbell Incline One Arm Press On Exercise Ball

This chest exercise also works your shoulders and triceps. You perform it with one arm while lying on a fitness ball. Because you are balancing on the ball and using only one weight, your stomach muscles must work hard to keep you steady.

Dumbbell Incline One Arm Press On Exercise Ball demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on an exercise ball with a dumbbell in one hand and your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Walk your feet forward slowly while rolling your body down until your head, neck, and upper back rest comfortably on the ball.
  3. 3Hold the weight at shoulder level with your palm facing forward.
  4. 4Push the weight straight up until your arm is fully straight.
  5. 5Stop for a second at the top, then slowly lower the weight back to the start.
  6. 6Do all your reps with one arm, then switch to the other arm.
