Dumbbell Incline Inner Biceps Curl

This exercise works your biceps and forearms using dumbbells and a slanted bench. Sitting on an incline stretches your arm muscles more than standing, helping them work harder.

Dumbbell Incline Inner Biceps Curl demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on an incline bench holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. 2Rest your upper arms against the bench. Let your elbows hang down and turn your palms to face forward.
  3. 3Keep your upper arms still. Breathe out and lift the weights by bending your elbows.
  4. 4Keep lifting until the weights reach your shoulders and your biceps are fully squeezed.
  5. 5Hold this position for a moment and squeeze your biceps hard.
  6. 6Breathe in and slowly lower the weights back down to where you started.
  7. 7Repeat this movement for your desired number of repetitions.
