Dumbbell Incline Hammer Press

This is a chest exercise done on a slanted bench using two dumbbells. You hold the weights so your palms face each other. It works the upper part of your chest, your shoulders, and the back of your arms.

How to Perform

  1. 1Adjust the bench so it tilts up halfway (45 degrees) and sit down with a dumbbell in each hand resting on your legs.
  2. 2Lie back and bring the weights up to your shoulders, making sure your palms face each other.
  3. 3Push the weights straight up and away from you until your arms are fully straight.
  4. 4Stop for a moment at the top, then slowly lower the weights back down to where you started.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
