This exercise is a muscle-building move for your biceps. You sit on a slanted bench to stretch the bicep muscles more than usual. It also helps strengthen your forearms.

Dumbbell Incline Biceps Curl demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on a slanted bench with a dumbbell in each hand, letting your arms hang straight down with palms facing forward.
  2. 2Keep your upper arms still, breathe out, and lift the weights by bending your elbows.
  3. 3Keep lifting until the weights reach your shoulder level and your biceps are fully squeezed.
  4. 4Hold this squeezed position for a moment.
  5. 5Breathe in and slowly lower the weights back down to where you started.
  6. 6Repeat this for as many times as you need.
