How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet as wide as your shoulders. Hold one dumbbell upright against your chest with both hands.
  2. 2Keep your chest high and tummy tight. Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower your body.
  3. 3Go down until your thighs are flat like a table, or as low as feels comfortable.
  4. 4Stop for a second at the bottom.
  5. 5Push down through your heels to stand back up to the start.
