This is a shoulder workout where you lift one dumbbell straight up while the other stays at your shoulder. It helps make your shoulders, arms, and tummy muscles stronger.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up straight with your feet apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your shoulders.
  2. 2Push one dumbbell up high until your arm is straight, but keep the other one down at your shoulder.
  3. 3Slowly bring the top dumbbell back down to your shoulder.
  4. 4Now push the other dumbbell up high while the first one stays down.
  5. 5Keep switching arms until you finish your set.
