Clap Push Up

The clap push up is a jumping bodyweight exercise that works your chest, arm muscles, and shoulders. You push off the floor hard enough to clap your hands in the air before landing back on your hands. This move needs a lot of upper body strength and skill.

How to Perform

  1. 1Get into a high plank position with your hands a little wider than your shoulders.
  2. 2Lower your body down by bending your elbows, keeping your tummy muscles tight.
  3. 3Push hard against the floor to make your body jump up.
  4. 4Clap your hands together while you are in the air, then land back on your hands.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
