Chest Tap Push-up (male)

This is a hard push-up that builds strong chest and arm muscles. You will balance on one hand while moving your body down. It helps you learn to control your body and stay steady.

How to Perform

  1. 1Get into a high plank shape with your hands a bit wider than your shoulders and your body straight.
  2. 2Start to bend your elbows to go down toward the floor.
  3. 3While you are moving down, lift your right hand and tap your chest.
  4. 4Put your hand back down and push your body up to the start.
  5. 5Do the same thing again, but this time tap your chest with your left hand.
  6. 6Keep switching hands for as many turns as you want.
