Chest Stretch With Exercise Ball

This is a simple stretch for your chest using a soft exercise ball. It also uses your shoulders and the back of your arms a little bit. The goal is to help your body move better and stay flexible, not to build big muscles.

Chest Stretch With Exercise Ball demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the stability ball with your back tall and your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Hold the ball with both hands and reach your arms straight out in front of you.
  3. 3Slowly pull the ball close to your chest and feel your chest muscles stretch.
  4. 4Stay there for a few seconds, then slowly push your arms back out.
  5. 5Do this as many times as you need.
