Cable Two Arm Tricep Kickback

This exercise uses a cable machine to work firmly on your tricep muscles. You must stand correctly and move carefully to use your triceps without moving your shoulders.

Cable Two Arm Tricep Kickback demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart and your knees bent a little.
  2. 2Hold a handle in each hand with your palms facing each other and your elbows bent like the corner of a square.
  3. 3Keep your upper arms completely still and push your hands back until your arms are straight.
  4. 4Wait for a moment, then slowly move back to how you started.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
