How to Perform

  1. 1Put the rope handle on the cable machine at the very top setting.
  2. 2Stand in front of the machine with your feet apart, lined up with your shoulders.
  3. 3Hold the rope with both hands so your palms look down at the floor.
  4. 4Reach your arms straight out in front of you, but keep a tiny bend in your elbows.
  5. 5Squeeze your back muscles and slowly pull the rope down to your legs while keeping your arms straight.
