How to Perform

  1. 1Stand in front of a cable machine with your feet apart for balance.
  2. 2Hold the handle with one hand so your palm is facing the floor.
  3. 3Keep your elbow stuck to your side and slowly pull your hand up toward your shoulder.
  4. 4Hold it there for a second, then slowly lower your hand back down.
  5. 5Do this for as many times as you need, then switch arms.
