Cable Reverse Crunch

The cable reverse crunch is a stomach exercise that uses a cable machine to make the standard reverse crunch harder. It mainly works your abdominal muscles and also uses your hip muscles.

How to Perform

  1. 1Connect a cable to a low pulley and lie on your back on a mat.
  2. 2Grab the cable with both hands and reach your arms straight up toward the ceiling.
  3. 3Bend your knees and raise your legs, pulling your thighs toward your chest.
  4. 4Keep your upper body still while you curl your hips up off the mat toward your chest.
  5. 5Stop for a second at the top, then slowly lower your hips back to the start.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you want.
