Cable Press On Exercise Ball

This exercise works your chest, shoulders, and the back of your arms. To do it, sit on an exercise ball and hold the handles. Then, push them forward while you keep your body steady.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the ball with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent.
  2. 2Hold the handles at your chest with your palms down and elbows bent.
  3. 3Tighten your tummy and push the handles straight out in front of you.
  4. 4Stop for a moment, then slowly bring the handles back to where you started.
  5. 5Do this as many times as you want.
