Cable One Arm Incline Press On Exercise Ball

This exercise works your chest, shoulders, and the back of your arm. You do it with one arm while sitting on a bouncy ball. The ball makes it hard to balance, so you must use your tummy muscles to stay steady.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the ball with your feet flat on the floor. Lean your back against the slanted bench.
  2. 2Hold the handle in one hand. Bend your arm so it looks like the corner of a square.
  3. 3Push the handle up and forward until your arm is straight.
  4. 4Wait for a second at the top. Slowly bring the handle back down.
  5. 5Do this as many times as you need. Then switch hands.
