Cable One Arm Curl

This exercise uses a cable machine to work your bicep muscles one arm at a time. It keeps the weight pulling on your muscle during the whole movement, which helps your arms get stronger and bigger.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand in front of the machine with your feet apart for balance.
  2. 2Hold the handle with one hand, palm facing up.
  3. 3Keep your elbow stuck to your side and slowly pull your hand up toward your shoulder.
  4. 4Stop for a second at the top, then slowly lower your hand back down all the way.
  5. 5Do this for as many times as you need.
