Cable Front Shoulder Raise

This exercise works the front muscles of your shoulders. It uses a cable machine to keep a steady pull on your muscles the whole time. It also uses your upper back and arm muscles a little bit.

Cable Front Shoulder Raise demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart. Hold the cable handle with your palms facing the floor.
  2. 2Stand tall and tighten your stomach muscles.
  3. 3Lift the handle straight out in front of you. Keep your arms straight and your palms facing down.
  4. 4Keep lifting until your arms are level with the floor.
  5. 5Hold it there for a second, then slowly lower the handle back to where you started.
  6. 6Do this again for as many times as you need.
