Burpee

This exercise works your whole body at once. It mixes a squat, a push-up, and a jump all together. It makes your heart beat faster and helps your muscles get stronger.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up tall with your feet apart, lined up with your shoulders.
  2. 2Bend your knees to squat down and put your hands on the floor in front of you.
  3. 3Kick your feet backward so you are in a push-up position.
  4. 4Do one push-up while keeping your body straight.
  5. 5Jump your feet forward to return to the squat position.
  6. 6Jump up high and reach your hands above your head.
  7. 7Land gently, then go right back into a squat to start again.
