Bodyweight Squatting Row

This exercise works your upper back, biceps, and shoulders. It mixes a squat with a pulling motion. You need to be strong and coordinated to do it.

Bodyweight Squatting Row demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart. Hold onto a strong object or straps with your arms straight.
  2. 2Lower yourself into a squat. Keep your back straight. Keep your knees behind your toes.
  3. 3Pull yourself up toward the object. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull.
  4. 4Stop for a moment at the top. Then slowly go back down to the start.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you want.
