Bench Dip (knees Bent)

This is a bodyweight exercise that you do using a chair or bench. It mainly strengthens the back of your arms, known as the triceps. It also helps work your chest and shoulder muscles to build upper body strength.

Bench Dip (knees Bent) demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the edge of a sturdy bench or chair and hold the edge next to your hips.
  2. 2Move your bottom forward off the seat and stretch your legs out straight so only your heels touch the floor.
  3. 3Bend your arms to lower your body down, making sure your back stays very close to the bench.
  4. 4Stop for a moment at the bottom, then push yourself back up to where you started.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
