This is an arm exercise for your triceps and shoulders. You sit on a bench and hold a barbell behind your neck with your hands close together. Then, you push your arms straight up.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on a bench. Keep your back straight and your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Hold the barbell behind your neck with your hands close together. Your palms should face forward.
  3. 3Keep your elbows close to your head. Slowly lower the bar down behind your head.
  4. 4Stop for a second. Then, push your arms back up to where you started.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
