Barbell Reverse Wrist Curl

The barbell reverse wrist curl is an exercise for your forearms. You do it while sitting down. You rest your arms on your legs and lift a barbell by moving only your wrists upward. You hold the bar with your palms facing the floor.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the floor and hold a barbell with your palms facing down.
  2. 2Put your forearms on your thighs so your wrists hang over the edge of your knees.
  3. 3Slowly lift your hands up by bending your wrists, bringing the bar toward you.
  4. 4Stop for a second at the top, then slowly lower the bar back down.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
