Barbell Lateral Lunge demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet as wide as your shoulders, holding a barbell on your upper back.
  2. 2Take a big step to the right side, keeping your left foot stuck to the ground.
  3. 3Bend your right knee to lower yourself, but keep your left leg straight.
  4. 4Push off your right foot to go back to where you started.
  5. 5Do it again on the other side, stepping with your left foot.
