How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart and hold the barbell securely across your upper back.
  2. 2Squat down by bending your knees and sitting your hips back.
  3. 3From the bottom of the squat, jump straight up as hard as you can.
  4. 4Push off your toes and straighten your legs fully as you leap into the air.
  5. 5Land gently with your knees bent and go directly into the next repetition.
