How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart. Hold the barbell with your palms facing down.
  2. 2Keep your arms straight. Lift the barbell up in front of you until it is at shoulder height.
  3. 3Wait for a second at the top. Then, slowly lower the barbell back to where you started.
  4. 4Next, keep your arms straight and lower the barbell behind your head.
  5. 5Wait for a second at the bottom. Then, lift the barbell back up to the start.
  6. 6Do this as many times as you need.
