How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet as wide as your shoulders and knees bent a little.
  2. 2Lean forward from your hips, keeping your back flat and chest lifted.
  3. 3Hold the bar with your palms facing down, hands a bit wider than your shoulders.
  4. 4Pull the bar up to your lower chest by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  5. 5Hold briefly at the top, then slowly lower the bar back down.
  6. 6Do this for the set number of times.
