Band Front Lateral Raise

This exercise uses a stretchy band to make your front shoulder muscles stronger. You simply stand up and lift your straight arms out in front of you to work your upper body.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet apart. Hold the band down in front of your legs with your palms facing the floor.
  2. 2Keep your arms straight. Lift the band forward and up until your arms are level with the floor.
  3. 3Stop for a second at the top. Then, slowly lower the band back down to where you started.
  4. 4Repeat this for your chosen number of times.
