Band Close-grip Push-up

This is a type of push-up that uses a stretchy band to make the move harder. You keep your hands close together to focus on your arm muscles, called the triceps. The band adds extra force to the exercise, making your muscles work more.

How to Perform

  1. 1Put a resistance band around your upper arms, right above your elbows.
  2. 2Get into a push-up position on the floor. Place your hands under your shoulders and keep your body straight from your head to your heels.
  3. 3Bend your arms to lower your chest toward the ground. Keep your elbows tucked close to your sides.
  4. 4Push against the floor with your hands to straighten your arms and go back to the start.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you want.
